Y'all already know that I love bread and kale {and all other food}, but I have an equally large love for beer! Now don't get me wrong, I also love a great glass of wine and the occasional cocktail, but beer holds that special place in my heart for a few reasons. First, the places I love the most, Kansas City, Texas, and Colorado, have thriving local craft breweries. Second, brewery dates are hands-down the most fun dates so I also love spending time with Taylor exploring new beers or enjoying our old faithfuls. Third, beer is so incredibly versatile. There are light beers like radlers that are perfect for casual patio afternoons, or you can go to the other end of the spectrum with a barrel-aged imperial stout that can rival the alcohol content of many cocktails. Last but not least, craft breweries are as unique as the beers they brew. Each one has its own personality and once you start exploring them you will not want to stop.
My love for beer and the breweries that craft them cannot be contained so Beer and Kale Enthusiast is the place that you can find reviews of my favorite breweries and beers. If you've seen me drink it, expect to see it here. I'll break beers down by type and even include some non-traditional items like beer rose and canned cocktails (I know those aren't beer, but I love them and they are in can form so close enough).
